Auditory Processing Screening $100

Optional add-on to evaluation

  •  Assesses the possibility of an individual having an auditory processing disorder.  Common challenges include difficulty with letter sounds or name recall, difficulty concentrating or listening in noisy environments, and difficulty comprehending and recalling verbal instructions.

Math Fluency Screening $100

Optional add-on to evaluation

  • Assesses basic math concepts, everyday applications, addition, subtraction, and multiplication fact fluency.

Each evaluation includes:

  1. Assessment testing to determine current skill levels
  2. Post-evaluation consultation with the administering
    Occupational Therapist
  3. Comprehensive report of evaluation test results
  4. School and/or home accommodations
  5. Therapy recommendation
  6. Parent resource packet
